Which Disease has been completely eradicated from the world ?

Smallpox

According to WHO smallpox has been completely eradicated from the world by vaccination. Smallpox is an ancient disease which is caused by a virus named Variola Virus. It is said that smallpox has its existence for at least 3000 years. It is also said to be the one of the world's most feared disease. The last known natural case was found in Somalia in 1977.
