The answer is Hima Das. She is an Indian Sprint Runner hails from Indian state of Assam. She also currently holds the Indian National record in 400 meters with 50.79s at 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta. She is also a 1st Indian to win gold at IAAF world Under 20 champions. She is also a recipient of Arjuna Award by Honorable President Mr. Ram Nath Kovind  in 2018.
