Where is World's Highest astronomical observatories situated ?

              The Indian Astronomical Observatories is located in Hanle a village located in Indian Union Territory Ladakh. It is world's highest astronomical observatories at an altitude of nearly 15000 feet. Indian scientists have placed a high altitude Gama Ray Telescope named as GROWTH.
