Gautam Buddha was born under which tree ?

           According to the buddhist tradition Gautam Buddha was born in a garden in Lumbni under a Sal Tree. The tree is now known as Bodhi Tree. Name of  his mother was Mayadevi queen of Sakya. She was also famous as another name of MahaMaya.
